Pwani Innovation Week, 2019

New digital technologies have changed the way we engage and do business. They have disrupted almost every single aspect of our lives. This year’s Pwani Innovation Week provides a platform where Governments, industries, businesses, organizations and individuals will showcase, engage, discuss and explore how Africa, through Kenya, is leapfrogging economic growth – using digital technologies.

To stimulate the innovation ecosystem in the Pwani Region.

To develop the Pwani Innovation Strategy.

To showcase and celebrate innovative products and services.

Theme: The Digital Economy

Innovation catalyzes the aspirations of individuals, private institutions and governments to achieve development by generating creative ideas and introducing new products, services and operations that improve the overall quality of life.

Intended Outcome

To Enhance the development of innovative ideas and capabilities.

About This Event

Pwani Innovation Week is a consolidated effort by Swahilipot Hub and it’s partners to help create a widespread culture of innovation in the coastal counties of Kenya. Scheduled for December 3 – 6, 2019 in Mombasa, the event is aimed at stimulating the Innovation ecosystem in the Pwani region.
